Working principle
Air flotation separation technology is the process of dissolving air and water under certain pressure conditions, allowing the gas to dissolve into the water to a maximum extent, striving to be in a saturated state. Then, the pressure dissolved air and water are released through depressurization, producing a large number of fine bubbles that fully contact the suspended flocs in the water, causing the suspended flocs to adhere to the microbubbles and float to the water surface with the bubbles, forming a float and scraping off the floating debris, thereby purifying the water quality.
The ZH type shallow air flotation device developed by our company is an advanced rapid air flotation system. On the basis of traditional air flotation theory, this device successfully applies the principles of "shallow theory" and "zero velocity". Through careful design, it integrates coagulation, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation, and mud scraping into one device, and is a water purification treatment equipment.
